- You are between 18 and 64 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with binge eating disorder or bulimia nervosa with binge episodes at least once a week for the past 3 months.
- You have not changed your eating disorder treatment in the last 4 weeks.
- You agree not to start other eating disorder treatments during the study (unless your symptoms get much worse).
- You have an Apple or Android smartphone and live in the continental US.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to be during the study, and have not had bariatric surgery.
