- You are 18 years or older
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to your liver
- Your liver tumor was found by biopsy or by imaging during follow-up
- You are about to start your first chemotherapy for liver metastases (with or without targeted therapy)
- You have at least one liver metastasis larger than 2 cm
- You do not have any reason you can't have an MRI (like a pacemaker) or contrast dye
