Study of FCN-159 for NF2 nerve sheath tumors
Treatments studied
Part of Brain & nervous system, Cancer clinical trials.
This trial tests an oral drug called FCN-159 for people with NF2-related nerve sheath tumors that cannot be fully removed by surgery or have come back after surgery. It aims to see if the drug can shrink or slow the growth of these tumors.

This trial tests a gene therapy called ST002 for people with NF2-related tumors that cannot be treated with standard therapies or have not responded to them. The treatment is injected directly into a tumor, and the goal is to see if it can shrink or control the tumor.
This study looks at new medicines for people with NF2-related schwannomatosis (NF2-SWN), a condition that causes tumors on nerves. It aims to track how tumors grow over time and test potential treatments.
This trial tests a drug called selumetinib for people with a rare genetic condition called NF2-related schwannomatosis, which causes non-cancerous tumors on nerves. The study focuses on shrinking or slowing the growth of these tumors, especially those affecting hearing, and is for patients who cannot have surgery or choose not to.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs (Luvometinib and Serplulimab) for people with NF2 (Neurofibromatosis type 2) who have growing brain tumors (vestibular schwannoma or meningioma) that cannot be safely removed with surgery. The goal is to see if this drug combination can shrink or slow the growth of these tumors.
This trial tests whether a new oral drug called FCN-159 works better than standard chemotherapy for children and teens with a slow-growing brain tumor (low-grade glioma) that has a specific change in the BRAF gene. The goal is to see if FCN-159 can shrink the tumor or stop it from growing.
This trial tests a study drug, FCN-159, for children with a rare blood/immune disease called Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) that has not responded to standard treatment or has come back. The goal is to see if this drug can shrink the LCH lesions and help the child feel better.
