  • You are not very physically active (daily energy use is low).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 25 or higher.
  • You drink less than 7 alcoholic drinks per week.
  • You are not taking any supplements or medications for a health condition.
  • You have no chronic illness or physical limitations that prevent exercise.
