Who can take part

  • You do not exercise regularly
  • Your BMI is 18.5 or higher
  • You have not had major surgery in the last 6 months (tooth extractions are okay)
  • You are not taking any long-term medications
  • You do not have diabetes, high blood pressure, or other metabolism or heart problems
  • You are not trying to lose or gain weight right now, and you are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant
