  • You have been a professional weightlifter for at least 5 years
  • You are currently training on a regular schedule
  • You have passed a general health check-up
  • You do not have any obvious injuries to your lower body joints (like knees or hips)
  • You are not taking prescription medications, especially for mood or sleep
