  • You are in generally good health, as confirmed by a health questionnaire, medical exam, and blood tests.
  • You are not currently taking immunosuppressive medications, glucocorticoids, GLP-1 agonists, or DPP-4 inhibitors.
  • You do not have alcohol abuse, liver disease, or decreased kidney function.
  • You are not severely claustrophobic and have no metal implants or other items that are unsafe for MRI scans.
