Who can take part

  • You must be in generally good health, confirmed by a doctor and basic tests
  • You can't have taken immune-lowering medications in the past year
  • You can't have a history of alcohol abuse
  • You can't be taking certain medications that affect blood sugar or blood pressure (like steroids, diabetes drugs, or lithium)
  • You must not have liver or kidney disease, high blood pressure, or claustrophobia
  • You must have no metal or electronic devices in your body that can't go in an MRI
