Who can take part

  • You have a diagnosis of a RASopathy (a genetic condition).
  • You have a diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (thickened heart muscle).
  • Your caregivers (if you are a child) have signed a consent form agreeing to participate.
  • You do not have allergies or medical conditions that prevent you from taking propranolol, disopyramide, or trametinib.
