  • You are Alaska Native or American Indian
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You smoke cigarettes every day and have for at least the past 30 days
  • You are ready to make a quit attempt within 30 days of joining the program
  • You are willing to have a blood test and try medication to help you quit
  • You have a smartphone (iPhone or Android) and internet access at home, work, or another location
