  • You are American Indian or Alaska Native.
  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You have smoked an average of 3 or more cigarettes per day in the past 30 days.
  • You are thinking about quitting or willing to try to quit.
  • You have your own iPhone or Android smartphone or tablet that you use for texting every day.
  • You can read and speak English.
