Study of HDM1002 drug interactions in healthy volunteers

Who can take part

  • You are in good general health, as determined by a study doctor.
  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) if male, or 45 kg (99 lbs) if female, and your body mass index (BMI) is between 19.0 and 32.0.
  • You have no history of medullary thyroid cancer or related conditions in yourself or your family.
  • You have not had pancreatitis, gallbladder issues, or stomach surgery that could affect digestion.
  • You have not taken any medications that affect liver enzymes within the last 28 days.
