Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You need to be in good general health, with no major medical problems.
  • Your weight must be at least 110 pounds, and your body mass index (BMI) between 24 and 35.
  • You cannot have a personal or family history of certain thyroid cancers or related genetic conditions.
  • You must not have had pancreatitis, gallbladder attacks, or serious hypoglycemia in the last 3 months.
  • You cannot have any condition that increases bleeding risk or affects stomach absorption.
