- You are in good general health, as confirmed by a doctor.
- You are between 18 and 45 years old.
- You weigh at least 110 lbs (50 kg) if male, or 99 lbs (45 kg) if female, with a healthy body mass index (BMI) between 19 and 30.
- If you are able to have children, you agree to use highly effective birth control from the start of the study until 30 days (if female) or 90 days (if male) after the last dose, and not donate eggs or sperm during that time.
