Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your cancer must be an advanced solid tumor, like ovarian cancer, mesothelioma, or colon cancer, that has spread to the lining of your belly (the peritoneum).
- The standard treatments for your cancer must have stopped working or caused side effects you couldn't tolerate.
- Your tumor must show a protein called mesothelin, which is found in about 8 out of 10 of these cancers.
- You need to be in good overall health, with adequate organ function, and able to care for yourself (performance status 0 or 1).
- You must not have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord.
