Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have an advanced solid tumor (like ovarian cancer, mesothelioma, or colon cancer) that has spread to the lining of your abdomen.
- Standard treatments for your cancer have stopped working, or you could not tolerate them, and surgery or other local treatments are not an option.
- Your tumor test shows it has a protein called mesothelin (MSLN).
- You are in reasonably good health, with enough organ function (like kidneys, liver, and heart) and can take care of yourself (ECOG 0-1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
