Who can take part

  • You had a stroke (either from a clot or bleeding in the brain).
  • Your health is stable, and you haven't had any other treatments for your stroke yet.
  • You can watch TV from about 3 feet away (with or without glasses).
  • You can understand what the study is about and agree to take part.
  • You don't have seizures, severe memory problems, uncontrolled pain, or trouble sitting up on your own.
