Who can take part
- Must be between 40 and 80 years old.
- Had your first stroke (confirmed by CT or MRI) with paralysis on one side.
- Stroke happened between 2 weeks and 6 months ago, and your arm weakness is moderate (FMA-UE score 8–44).
- Must be able to sit up for at least 60 minutes without help.
- Must not have other severe health problems like heart, kidney, liver disease, or cancer.
- Must not have severe depression, aphasia, or shoulder pain that would interfere with training.
