Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You are missing one or more teeth and need a removable partial denture (a dental plate) to replace them
- Your tooth loss pattern fits into one of the standard classes used by dentists to plan partial dentures (Kennedy Class 1, 2, 3, or 4)
- You choose to receive a surveyed crown (a special dental crown that helps hold the partial denture in place) on one or more of your teeth
- The crowns will not be joined or splinted together
