Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and in general good health.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30.
- You do not have an immune system disorder or autoimmune disease.

- You have not had acupuncture, physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, or lymphatic OMT in the last 4 weeks.
- You can do 12 minutes of moderate activity (like brisk walking) and are willing to avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours before each visit.
