Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 35 years old, or between 60 and 85 years old
  • You can read and sign the informed consent form
  • Before joining, you live independently (free-living) and can follow the study schedule
  • You do not have major heart, blood-vessel, or clotting conditions
  • You should not have diabetes, thyroid problems, kidney disease, liver disease, or stroke causing movement limits
  • You should not be on blood thinners, long-term steroid medicines, or hormone/growth hormone treatments
