New drug combo for a common type of colorectal cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • Your cancer must have a RAS mutation or be in the right side of your colon.
  • You must be starting treatment for the first time for this advanced cancer — no prior chemo for metastatic disease.
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You must have good organ function (blood, liver, kidneys).
  • You cannot have had treatment with certain immunotherapy drugs like PD-1 or CTLA-4 inhibitors before.
  • Your tumor must not be MSI-H or dMMR (a specific genetic type).
