Who can take part

  • You must be a man aged 18 to 80 years old (18 to 80 for the first part of the study).
  • You must have prostate cancer that is adenocarcinoma (the most common type) and it has spread or is advanced.
  • You must be able to provide a blood sample for genetic testing and give permission for the study.
  • You must be in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
  • You must use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose if your partner could become pregnant.
