Who can take part
- You are a man between 18 and 85 years old (up to 80 for the first part of the study).
- You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (confirmed by scans).
- You are already on hormone therapy (like Lupron) or have had your testicles surgically removed to lower testosterone.
- Your PSA level is 1 ng/mL or higher at the time of screening.
- You are generally active and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You must not have had other cancer treatments within 4 weeks before starting the study.
