Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18 or older.
- You have advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is not responding to standard hormone treatments.
- You have already had surgical or medical castration and your testosterone is at castrate levels.
- You have been treated with at least one novel hormone therapy (like abiraterone or enzalutamide), and if in the dose-escalation part, also with chemotherapy (like docetaxel).
- You must be in generally good health (able to perform daily activities), with adequate organ function and a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
- You agree to use effective contraception during and for 3 months after the study.
