  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are currently on full or partial sick leave or receiving work assessment allowance.
  • You have a primary diagnosis of anxiety or depression (ICD-10 codes F30–F40).
  • You have a job right now.
  • You are not currently experiencing severe depression, psychosis, mania, or substance abuse issues.
