  • You are 17 years old or older
  • You can read and speak English well enough for group discussions and online materials
  • You have access to a device with internet and a private place to join sessions
  • You have been referred to NHS Talking Therapies services
  • You are on the waiting list for high intensity CBT and not in any other psychological therapy (medication is allowed)
  • You have symptoms of conditions like depression, anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, OCD, or PTSD
