This trial tests a 12-week telehealth group program to help people who have had a stroke lose weight and live healthier. You'll join video group meetings with a coach and other stroke survivors to learn about eating well and being active.

Who can take part
- You had your first stroke at least 12 months ago (any type of stroke is fine).
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 25 or higher – that means your weight is a bit high for your height.
- You are able to be physically active, like walking or doing exercises.
- You have internet, a phone, or a computer, or are willing to use one the study provides.
- You do not have a pre-existing eating disorder, are not pregnant, and do not live in a hospital or nursing facility.
