Who can take part
- Your age is between 8 and 16 years old.
- You have nearsightedness (myopia) and have been using standard treatments (like special lenses or eye drops) for at least 6 months.
- Even with those treatments, your nearsightedness is not well controlled -- either your eye length increased by 0.3 mm or your prescription worsened by 0.5 diopters in one year.
- You have used or are using red light therapy for your myopia.
- You do not have any other eye diseases or serious health problems.
- You are not using atropine eye drops at the same time as red light therapy.
