Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade II or III on X-ray) and have had symptoms for more than 6 months.
- You are between 40 and 75 years old.
- Your WOMAC pain and function score is between 24 and 72 (moderate severity).
- You can walk without a wheelchair, walker, or crutches.
- You have not had knee surgery or injections (like hyaluronic acid or steroids) in the past 3–6 months.
- You do not have other serious health conditions, active infections, or a history of cancer.
