Who can take part
- Age 40–70 years old
- Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis lasting more than 4 weeks, with moderate damage on X-ray and MRI
- Knee pain score between 4 and 7 (on a 0–10 scale) after stopping pain relievers for 48 hours
- Healthy weight (BMI 18–28) and no serious heart, liver, kidney, or blood disorders
- Willing to stop most pain medications 2 weeks before treatment and undergo MRI scans
- No recent knee surgery, infection, or previous stem cell therapy
