Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You have high-risk smoldering multiple myeloma (a type of very early, active myeloma).
  • You are able to do your normal daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your kidneys work well enough (estimated GFR at least 40 mL/min).
  • Your blood counts (hemoglobin, white blood cells, and platelets) are stable and at minimum levels – no recent transfusions needed.
