Who can take part

  • You must be on hemodialysis (a machine that cleans your blood) for at least 6 weeks.
  • Your doctor must confirm your dialysis is dialyzing enough (Kt/V score above 1.2).
  • You need to be at least 20 years old.
  • You cannot have had high potassium in your blood in the last 3 months.
  • You must not have bone, joint, or muscle problems that might limit exercise.
