  • You received a custom dental implant made with the iDENTICAL system in an earlier study.
  • You completed the 12-month checkup after getting that implant.
  • You can come to follow-up visits over the next 3 years.
  • You did not have serious complications like implant loss or infection from the earlier phase.
  • You do not have any new, uncontrolled medical conditions.
  • You agree to take part in this longer observation study.
