  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have pancreatic cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed and has grown after first-line chemotherapy.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor on a scan.
  • You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities, with a performance score of 0 to 2).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within certain safe limits.
  • You are not pregnant, willing to use birth control if needed, and have no other serious health issues like heart problems or active infections.
