Who can take part
- Your cancer is advanced or has spread, and you've either tried all standard treatments or chosen not to.
- Your tumor must have a normal p53 gene (your doctor can check this).
- You are 18 or older, and your daily activities are not limited by your illness (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (RECIST 1.1).
- Any side effects from past treatments need to be mostly resolved (Grade 1 or less).
