- You received your first-ever CAR T cell infusion (or a repeat infusion after a stem cell transplant) within the past 1 to 3 months.
- You were 30 years old or younger at the time of that CAR T cell infusion.
- You do not have any other active cancer besides the one treated with CAR T cells.
- You are not planning to have a stem cell transplant within 3 months after the CAR T cell infusion.
- You have not received and are not scheduled for any other cancer treatments after the CAR T cell infusion.
