Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have neck pain or disability from a car crash or similar accident, diagnosed as whiplash, and it's been at least 7 days but less than 12 weeks since the injury.
  • You have internet access and a device (like a phone, tablet, or computer) to use for remote sessions.
  • Your neck pain level is moderate (around 4 out of 10 on a pain scale).
  • Your neck disability level is moderate (around 15 out of 50 on a disability score).
