- You are 18 years old or older
- You have had neck pain for at least 3 months
- Your neck pain limits your daily activities (scored 10 or higher on a neck disability questionnaire)
- You have not had physical therapy for neck pain in the last 6 months
- You have not had neck surgery, serious neck injury (like whiplash), or certain other health conditions
