PET scan to predict treatment response in triple-negative breast cancer

This trial uses a special PET scan (68Ga-FAPI-46) to see if it can predict how well chemotherapy plus immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) works in people with triple-negative breast cancer before surgery. It aims to help doctors understand if the treatment is effective earlier.
