  • You are a woman aged 18 or older
  • You have triple-negative breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body and has not been treated yet
  • Your doctor recommends neoadjuvant therapy (chemotherapy and pembrolizumab) as standard care before surgery
  • You have a tumor that can be measured on scans
  • You have not had immunotherapy (like Keytruda) before
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
