Who can take part

  • You’re 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have biopsy-proven triple-negative breast cancer that is stage II to IV.
  • Your tumor must be PD-L1 positive (more than 50%).
  • You have not started any immunotherapy yet (no prior immunotherapy in before or after surgery).
  • You can do multiple scans: you must be able to lie still for about 1 hour and have no MRI contraindications (like certain non-removable metal).
  • You must have measurable disease: at least one tumor spot bigger than 1 cm that can be seen on a recent breast MRI or CT scan.
