- You are a man between 18 and 50 years old.
- You were diagnosed with cancer before age 18.
- You received chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy for your cancer.
- Your cancer has been in remission (no active cancer) for at least 2 years.
- You are able to provide a semen sample by masturbation.
- You do not have cryptorchidism (undescended testicle), testicular cancer, history of vasectomy, or current testosterone replacement therapy.
