Who can take part

  • You are a man age 18 or older
  • You were diagnosed with cancer or a blood (hematologic) disorder before age 18
  • You received a high-risk treatment as a child that can harm fertility
  • At least one year has passed since your last high-risk (genotoxic) treatment
  • When you were younger, you either did or did not have a testicular tissue biopsy to try to preserve fertility
