Who can take part
- You have large bladder cancer (tumor 5 cm or bigger) that has not spread into the bladder muscle.
- You are generally healthy enough to get chemotherapy and immunotherapy (checked with blood tests and heart function).
- You can walk and take care of yourself (performance status 0 or 1).
- You have no other active cancer. You are between 18 and 79 years old.
- You are willing to get standard mitomycin C bladder treatments after surgery.
