Predicting hospital outcomes for lupus nephritis patients

This study looks at two simple blood tests to predict whether people with lupus nephritis (a kidney disease caused by lupus) may need intensive care or have a higher risk of dying in the hospital. It aims to help doctors identify who needs closer monitoring.

NCT06682507Recruiting
Lupus nephritis long-term study

This study follows patients with lupus nephritis (kidney inflammation caused by lupus) over time to learn more about the disease and improve care. You may join if you have had a kidney biopsy confirming lupus nephritis at this hospital.

Urine test to check lupus kidney activity

This study looks at a simple urine test to see if it can show how active lupus nephritis (kidney inflammation caused by lupus) is. It might help doctors monitor the condition without needing repeated biopsies.

Lupus kidney care program

This study tests a care pathway for people with lupus-related kidney disease. It aims to provide better follow-up and treatment through telemedicine visits.

NCT07130448Not yet recruiting
Albumin ratios and lupus nephritis

This study looks at whether certain blood test ratios (albumin/globulin and platelet/albumin) can help identify or predict lupus nephritis, a kidney problem caused by lupus. It may help doctors better understand and manage kidney involvement in lupus patients.

Neutrophil Traps and Lupus Kidney Disease Study

This study looks at tiny structures made by white blood cells, called neutrophil extracellular traps, in people with lupus kidney disease. It aims to understand their role and may lead to better treatments.
