Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus).
- You have kidney inflammation (lupus nephritis), confirmed by biopsy or diagnosed by your kidney doctor.
- You are currently in the hospital because of active lupus nephritis or related problems.
- You have not had a kidney transplant and are not on long-term dialysis (more than 3 months).
- You do not have cancer, are not pregnant, and agree to join the study.
