Detecting gene changes in blood of ovarian cancer patients on PARP inhibitor

Who can take part

  • You have ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer.
  • You have a known BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation (either inherited or found in the tumor).
  • You are about to start Olaparib (a PARP inhibitor) as your first maintenance treatment, possibly with bevacizumab.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a good performance status (WHO score 0 or 1, meaning you are able to carry on normal activities).
