Who can take part

  • Male patient between 10 and 14 years old
  • Still growing (hand bone maturity stage 2 or 3)
  • Lower jaw is smaller than normal (skeletal Class II)
  • Back teeth (molars) and canine teeth are in a Class II position
  • Normal vertical growth pattern (not too open or deep bite)
  • Mild to moderate crowding of teeth
