Who can take part
- Age 18–75 and in good enough health to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- Colorectal cancer with tumors that have spread to the lungs or liver and cannot be surgically removed
- Received and failed at least two prior rounds of chemotherapy for advanced cancer
- Normal kidney, liver, and blood cell counts (within safe limits)
- Have not received prior immunotherapy (anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, anti-CTLA-4 drugs)
- No active autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled infections, or active cancer elsewhere in your body
