Who can take part
- You must have advanced colorectal cancer that has continued to grow after at least 2 prior standard treatments.
- Your tumor must be a type called pMMR or MSS (normal mismatch repair) – this is determined by a lab test.
- You cannot have had previous immunotherapy drugs, like checkpoint inhibitors (e.g., Keytruda, Opdivo).
- You should be in fairly good health (able to do daily activities) and have no serious heart, lung, or bowel problems.
